Drink hot tea
Relieve the cold symptoms with a cup of hot tea with lemon juice and honey. The vitamin C contained in lemon juice strengthens the immune system while honey has a soothing effect on the throat.

Natural Cure #2

Take a steam inhalation
Fill a big bowl for about one third with boiling water, cover your head with a big towel, and inhale the hot steam through your nose. The hot steam will decongest your nose and help loosen mucus. Add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to the hot water to disinfect your airways.

Natural Cure #3

Contain the infection
A cold is caused by a variety of viruses and is extremely contagious. To avoid spreading the infection keep your hand over your mouth when coughing or sneezing, throw away the tissue after blowing your nose, don't share your towels with other people, and wash your hands frequently.
